* Invoices that are not settled within payment period may incur additional recovery charge * ROT - Premium Printer Solutions reserves retention of title. The title of goods does not pass until goods have been paid for, in full. All monies must be recovered before the title of goods is relinquished.

Terms & Conditions

Not with standing delivery and passing of risk, title and property in the Products will not pass to the Customer until payment of all amounts owing to Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies from time to time have been received, in cleared funds, by Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies. Until that time, the Customer: must promptly, and at the Customer's cost, return the Products to Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies on demand; indemnifies Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies against loss or damage to the Products; must not pledge, mortgage, lend or otherwise encumber the Products without Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies written consent; holds the Products as Bailee for Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies and shall safely and securely store the Products separately from other products on the Customer's premises in such a manner as to show clearly that the Products are the property of Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies; in the event of the Customer failing to make payment for Products by the Payment Date, irrevocably authorises Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies to enter any premises, including the Customer's premises, where the Products are situated and to take possession of and remove those Products without incurring any liability; where the Customer has not been paid for the Products by the third party, agrees to assign its claim against that party to Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies upon Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies giving the Customer notice in writing to that effect. The Conditions
of Sale constitutes a security agreement. The Customer grants a security interest in all Products supplied to the Customer under the Conditions of Sale. Without limiting sub-clause 2. above and the operation of the Conditions of Sale generally, the retention of title arrangement described in the "Title and Property" clause above constitutes the grant of a purchase money security interest by the Customer in favour of Premium Printer Solutions & Office Supplies in respect of all present and
future acquired Products. All orders are delivered are in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. A copy will be provided on request if you do not already have a copy prior to delivery.
